Cr Jonathon Pitman
Cr Jon Pitman moved to Corryong in early 2001 with his wife Caz.
He found the Upper Murray to be a most welcoming community and decided to call it home. Jon is the proud father of four boys.
After establishing his own small building and maintenance business and being a keen volunteer he became known around the community. Since coming to Corryong he has been involved in the community in many ways from the Man from Snowy River Bush Festival to Sacred heart School, as well as being a long term member of the local CFA brigade. He has been on the committee for the rec reserve and a member of a number of other local community groups.
His career experience covers domestic and civil construction and maintenance, tourism, education, small project and site management. Jon's focus is on bringing community together and a sustainable legacy for our future.
