Using My Family Lounge (MFL)
We manage enrolments through the My Family Lounge (MFL) service. It's easy to use – just follow these three simple steps:
- If you're a new MFL user, register now and create your account. If you already have a MFL account, skip to Step 2.
- Log into your MFL account. Tell us about you, your child and what bookings you're after.
- If you've requested permanent bookings, we'll get in touch within five working days to confirm whether a spot is available. If it is, you'll need to accept our offer and submit an enrolment form via the MFL portal.
