Tree Removal Notice - Corryong Early Years Centre
The silky oak tree located at the Corryong Early Years Centre will undergo removal this weekend.
Following an independent assessment, it has been determined that the branches of the tree are poorly attached to the main trunk, potentially containing decay at their union.
This structural weakness poses a significant risk, especially given the tree's location between the early years playground and Attree Centre, where pedestrian traffic is high.
Considering the potential risks removal is necessary and a more suitable tree will be planted in it's place.
