Community invited to play a part in Municipal Recovery Plan Workshops
Community members are invited to attend a Municipal Recovery Plan Workshop as part of the ongoing recovery efforts across the Upper Murray.
These workshops provide the opportunity for community and recovery agencies to discuss the progress of recovery work in the region and identify further needs and actions for the coming year.
Each workshop will focus on a particular line of recovery as identified in the plan, with presentations from local agencies.

Council’s Mayor Andrew Whitehead encouraged community members to take part in the workshops.
“Successful recovery works best when it is led by the community. I encourage the community to come along to hear about the progress of the Plan and to be part of the discussion as we plan actions and priorities for this year” he said.
