Burning Off and Green Waste

The CFA recently declared that the official Fire Restriction Period has now ended for Towong Shire.
Residents are reminded that open fires within the Shire require a permit. This includes the burning of green waste.
Fire permits can be applied for on the Fire Permits Victoria website at https://www.firepermits.vic.gov.au/
