Have your say on upgrades to Roy Williams Park

As part of Towong Shire Council’s Our Bellbridge Masterplan, Council is looking to continue the development of Roy Williams Park.

Following a community consultation process in 2018 draft plans were developed. These plans include upgrades to the tennis courts, picnic area, playground and skatepark, as well as new footpaths, additional seating,carparking and landscaping.

Towong Shire Council Mayor David Wortmann said the Council now wants to hear from the community to help prioritise the upgrades based on the available budget.

“The upgrades to Roy Williams Park will be completed in stages, with Stage 1 commencing later in 2021."

“We need help from the community to understand if the priorities are still the same and which upgrades are the highest priority” he said.
