As a part-time Customer Service Officer, you’ll share a relaxed working environment with the library team, diving into a variety of tasks - from assisting with library duties to expertly managing cashiering functions like daily reconciliations. Your keen eye for detail will empower you to spot trends and challenges, allowing you to provide valuable insights to the Team Leader.
