Walwa Streetscape
In its Council Plan 2017 - 2021, Council committed to a 4-year town beautification and improvements program, with Walwa the first town to receive an upgrade. The works will involve pedestrian and traffic safety improvements, as well as enhancements to the appearance of the main street.
During information sessions held in January 2018, community members were invited to select their preferred design concept as well as make suggestions to refine the project plans.
Streetscape works have commenced.
