Neighbourhood Safer Places - Bushfire Places of Last Resort
Neighbourhood Safer Places - Bushfire Places of Last Resort (NSPs) are places of last resort when all other bushfire plans have failed. They are not purpose-built, fire-proof structures; rather, they are existing locations that may provide limited protection from direct flame and radiant heat, but they do not guarantee safety or survival.
It's important to incorporate your local NSPs into your bushfire emergency plans:
Corryong: Attree Park
Dartmouth: Dartmouth Hotel
Eskdale: Eskdale Recreation Reserve
Tallangatta: Tallangatta Triangles
Cudgewa:Â Cudgewa Recreation Reserve
