Secondary Schools
Tallangatta Secondary College
Described as an innovative and dedicated education unit, the Tallangatta Secondary College provides the latest technology and a dedicated group of teachers. The College has enrolments of 430 students in years 7 - 12. It offers semester and term length units of study within the domains of the Victorian Essential Learning Standards (VELS) and special programs which target student needs such as Learning Support (years 7-10), Personal Best (year 9), Boys’ Education (years 8 and 9), Integrated Transition program (year 7).
Tallangatta Secondary College also offers sport, personal development, school production, instrumental music, peer support, supportive friends, camps and many student initiated events and special days. Extensive pathways in the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) are available.
All students have a managed individual pathways (MIPS) plan that ensures no student leaves school without an alternative pathway to further education, training or employment.Â
Recognised as a leader in rural learning capacities and as a host to international students, the Tallangatta Secondary College is big enough to deliver bright futures to students, and small enough to provide a meaningful learning experience.Â

Corryong College
The excellent reputation of the Corryong College reflects the school's commitment to provide dynamic and responsive education and training for rural children. It provides a comprehensive program for students from Years P-12, taught by an experienced and professional staff of approximately forty teachers and another fifteen support staff. The College has achieved relatively high retention rates and excellent VCE results. Current enrolments total 325 students. The College seeks and enjoys effective contributions from all members of the College and wider community.
