Cr Andrew Whitehead (Deputy Mayor)

Cr Andrew Whitehead was first elected to Council on 22 October 2016 and currently serves as the Deputy Mayor.  Cr Whitehead was relected for a second term as Deputy Mayor on 12 November 2019.  He has been a resident of Towong Shire for over 40 years and is married with 4 children. 

He runs a beef and sheep farm and also works as a part time mechanic.  He is involved in numerous community groups.
